• Each course and package has an “Add to Cart” button. Clicking that button puts the course or package into your shopping cart. Add all courses or packages to your shopping cart and then enter your coupon code if you have one.

• Payment is processed with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). You’ll receive an email with payment confirmation and immediately afterward an email from CLIFE with one link to your course and a separate link to its test. Keep the email because you will need the links. They are active for six months.

• Print courses can be viewed on screen, downloaded and saved, or printed off. After reading, go to the test link in the email you received. When prompted by the system, login for the test using the username and password you entered upon registering. See “Registration” below.

• For video courses, view the video. At the end you will be directed to the test. When prompted by the system, login for the test using the username and password you entered upon registering. See “Registration” below.

• You have six months from date of purchase to complete the course. You have unlimited attempts to pass the test, all tests are pass/fail with a minimum passing mark of 60%.

• When you pass, a button appears for you to click to download your Certificate. One Certificate is the “official” version for your records; the other is for display. Your CE is now completed.

If you haven’t already done so, please register at www.clifece.ca or use this link < Register >. You only need to register once. This is important because we pull detail for your CE Certificates from the registration form. Also, you will enter a username and password which you will need to complete tests or login to video courses.
